Laura Mackfall - Matrimonial Lawyer
I qualified as a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives (FCILEx) in June 2010 and joined Heseltine Bray & Welsh in January 2013. I have worked in family departments in a number of solicitors’ firms in Barnsley and Sheffield for 17 years. I am now dealing with all matters concerning children following the breakdown of a marriage or relationship, along with other areas of matrimonial law including divorce and financial issues.

I have had many years involvement with JCI Barnsley (formerly Barnsley Junior Chamber) and was local President in 1999. I have been active locally in Barnsley, regionally in Yorkshire and nationally. I was awarded a JCI Senatorship in 2000. This is an honorary accolade, only awarded to members in recognition of their extensive involvement in the organisation. I still participate in occasional social events.

Other interests include "gentle” walking at weekends, and a love of Menorca as a holiday destination. My husband and I have been there nine times in the last 12 years. I am also a keen pillion passenger on my husband’s beast of a motor-bike, but we are definitely "fair-weather” riders.
